By submitting your User-Generated Content, you grant Hindustan Jobs a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, and otherwise utilize your content for advertising, promotions, and other business purposes.

• This license is fully transferable and includes the right to sublicense the content.
• Hindustan Jobs does not claim ownership of your content, and you retain the right to use it as you wish.

2. Content Removal Rights

• While Hindustan Jobs appreciates all contributions, it reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion, whether or not it has been modified.
• Any work created by or for Hindustan Jobs that incorporates User-Generated Content becomes the property of Hindustan Jobs.

3. Your Responsibilities & Warranties

By submitting content, you confirm that:

1. You own the rights to the content or have permission to grant Hindustan Jobs the license.
2. Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or any applicable laws.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to submit User-Generated Content.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Aside from User-Generated Content, all intellectual property on Hindustan Jobs’ platforms (including graphics, design, code, and aggregate reviews) remains the sole property of Hindustan Jobs.
